She has over 10 years of experience in HR consulting, having been part of various assignments for both private and public sector clients. An experienced Executive Recruiter and headhunter, she has expertise in sourcing mid-level to senior executives across diverse disciplines. Sarah is a passionate, loyal, and self-motivated professional who communicates and collaborates effectively at all levels, relying on excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service. She is highly adaptable to technology and embraces a "never stop learning" attitude. Caroline is a Certified Career Coach, CIPD-certified HR professional, and former lawyer who transitioned into human resources and coaching after earning her law degree. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and career coaching, she has worked across Nigeria, Switzerland, and the UK, bringing a global, strategic lens to her work. Caroline is currently working towards her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
