Azam brings over 30 years of experience across diverse industries. He provides strategic vision and real-world insight to every client engagement, drawing from his understanding of the challenges clients face. Azam is the primary CEO Coach on our team, with a profound understanding of business strategy, operations, and the real challenges that plague senior leaders. He also serves as the single point of contact for Executive Search clients, collaborating closely with a team of experienced executive search consultants, each with decades of proven talent acquisition expertise.

Sarah Musembe
Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kenyatta University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Cavendish University. She has over 10 years of experience in HR consulting, having been part of various assignments for both private and public sector clients. An experienced Executive Recruiter and headhunter, she has expertise in sourcing mid-level to senior executives across diverse disciplines. Sarah is a passionate, loyal, and self-motivated professional who communicates and collaborates effectively at all levels, relying on excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service. She is highly adaptable to technology and embraces a "never stop learning" attitude. Sarah is a dynamic trainer with a strong understanding of adult learning techniques, deriving satisfaction from imparting knowledge with her unique approach of teaching not only "what to do" but "how to do it".

Caroline Haladu
Caroline is a Certified Career Coach, CIPD-certified HR professional, and former lawyer who transitioned into human resources and coaching after earning her law degree. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and career coaching, she has worked across Nigeria, Switzerland, and the UK, bringing a global, strategic lens to her work. Caroline is currently working towards her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her diverse background uniquely positions her to support both individuals and organizations in achieving their people and performance goals.

Moreen Muraguri
Moreen is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from KCA University. She has developed extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resources, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. Moreen is adept at leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency. She is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and supporting organizational growth through effective people strategies.
Our Journey
The KCH Group's journey began in 2013 with the founding of "Kenyans Come Home." Our vision was to reverse the “Brain Drain” by connecting high-calibre candidates with executive opportunities in East Africa. From there, KCH expanded its mission to become a full-service boutique search firm serving East, West, and South African Clients.
From the outset, KCH’s approach has always incorporated business and recruitment expertise. However, in 2020, our co-founder, Azam Samanani, transitioned full-time to KCH to be able to embed his profound understanding of business with the essential skills of executive search.
Today, the KCH Group’s success is a testament to the power of this value proposition – that deep business acumen combined with specialized talent search will consistently outperform traditional recruitment.
