Fees comprise a one-time, non-refundable Mobilization Fee at contract signing and a Placement Fee (a percentage of the candidate’s first-year gross salary) upon successful placement.

Yes. If you introduce a candidate who enters and progresses through our process, the Placement Fee is reduced. We apply the same rigorous assessment to ensure the candidate meets the brief and can deliver the required outcomes.

First-year gross salary includes base pay plus cash allowances and benefits such as housing and travel allowances, and other taxable cash components. Equity or long-term incentives are handled per the engagement terms agreed at kickoff.

No. Our professional fees are exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes are added to invoices in line with prevailing regulations.

Your hire is covered for the first three months. If the placed candidate leaves or is dismissed for performance reasons within that period, we will replace the candidate once at no additional charge. Full terms are defined in the engagement agreement.
