This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and the successful launch and growth of the centre.
Job Description
The Client
Mindspring Health is a new, holistic wellness clinic opening in Nairobi in February 2026. The centre will deliver high-quality wellness programs, neurofeedback services, client-centred care, and innovative preventive health solutions. It aims to become a regional leader in wellness, mental wellbeing, and neurofeedback therapy. The clinic will offer advanced services such as QEEG brain mapping, supported by internationally recognised protocols. Having practitioners with BCIA certification (or working toward it) will be highly beneficial.
The Role
We are seeking a Clinic Head who will lead and manage the centre’s operations, programs, staff, financial performance, and service delivery. This senior position requires a highly organised and experienced professional with a strong background in wellness, clinical operations, or health-centre management. The Clinic Head will oversee the pre-launch setup, ensure a smooth February 2026 opening, and deliver consistent operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations & Administration
● Oversee daily operations, scheduling, client flow, billing, and administrative processes.
● Implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflow systems.
● Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
2. Wellness & Neurofeedback Program Oversight
● Manage and enhance wellness programs including QEEG, neurofeedback, lifestyle wellness, and related services.
● Monitor program effectiveness, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
● Ensure all neurofeedback services adhere to international best practices (BCIA-aligned).
3. Team Leadership & Development
● Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate clinic staff.
● Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development.
● Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage workforce planning.
4. Pre-Launch Planning & Expansion Support
● Support all setup activities prior to opening, including systems, workflow, training, procurement, and compliance.
● Contribute to expansion planning for future locations.
5. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
● Ensure full compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and clinical standards.
● Oversee risk-management processes and quality-assurance measures.
● Maintain ethical and professional standards in all wellness and neurofeedback practices.
Skills & Experience Required
● Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
● BCIA certification (or willingness to work toward certification) is a strong advantage.
● Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a wellness, clinic, or health centre.
● Strong background in wellness, neurofeedback services, or clinical programs is preferred.
● Proven leadership and team-management skills.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-engagement abilities.
● Strong operational skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client experience.
● Solid understanding of health regulations, compliance, and risk management.
● High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
